10 Easy Ways To Jump Start The Right Side of Your Brain In Order To Shift From Self-Judgment and Inspire Self-Love:

    1. Go for a walk by yourself and allow your mind to wander;
    2. Cook something marvelous; eat slowly & savor your creation;
    3. Experience some mindful art; check out a technique called ZenTangle;
    4. Journal; write down how you truly feel;
    5. Begin a silent sitting practice; sit in silence for 5 minutes;
    6. Lay down, close your eyes, and listen to music that relaxes you;
    7. Garden; get your hands and feet in the earth and get dirty;
    8. Create something just for fun; start a craft, a painting, a cake, anything;
    9. Clean a closet; get rid of and organize your stuff;
    10. Carve out some time in your day to be alone; enjoy being with yourself;
